Hiking - Family FunWelcome to Cloudcroft, New Mexico! Our idyllic mountain town offers golf, hiking, biking, horseback riding, sight-seeing and, in season, snowmobiling, ice skating, and skiing.

We invite you to stay with us at Alta Vista Chalet Motel. We offer accommodations for up to 8 people per room. We provide cable TV and have both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

All rooms have a microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator, color TV and phone.

Alta Vista Chalet Motel is located within the village limits of Cloudcroft on Highway 82, at the East end of town. We are the only blue motel with a red roof in town.

Pets are allowed for a small nightly fee. Pets must not be left alone in rooms without being crated and must be housebroken. Occupants will be held responsible for any damage due to pets.

Holiday rates may be slightly higher and are subject to change without notice. Christmas and New Year reservations must be paid in advance by December 1, with NO REFUNDS after December 1. We require a 3 day minimum during Christmas and New Year holidays. All other holidays are a minimum of 2 nights.

We accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for reservations.
